I'm sorry you didn't manage to book on one of the 60 dates available during the validity of your voucher, we had plenty of availability and added more dates as required. Obviously weekend dates book up more quickly and you will see that we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If you had contacted us in November we would have extended it to the next available date as per the terms on our website and if you had contacted us sooner we would have endeavoured to find a date you could have come on, there was lots of extra courses added during school holidays. No we don't allow you to book a date six months after your voucher has expired without contacting us as this would be unfair to customers with valid vouchers. We would normally engage further to find a fair resolution but in your case where you have sent a number creepy and abusive messages to members of staff we will be sticking to the terms of the voucher.
