The Food was Good, but the service was SLOW. Waited 15 minutes for my order. I was wanting to Dine in, but it took so long that I had to take it to go because of the long wait for my food. I won't be returning to this location during my lunch break due to not having enough time to enjoy my meal.

Braums has always been a staple for their fresh beef and epic ice cream, and still is. Sadly, though—it’s hard to find competing poor service. They seem overworked and underpaid which I know is the case.but still can’t acknowledge someone’s existences waiting at the counter for 5-10 minutes? Can’t even just say “welcome, we will be with you in a minute”? Bizarrely standard here. Not to mention the 45 minute wait when there are maybe 4 cars and a handful of people inside. It’s possible to have standards. This location just doesn’t have them. Edit: nvm they managed to give me a cookies n cream milk.without the shake thinner than finger paint.

It is the first time I have ever been in this store. The obnoxious man doing shakes was absolutely disgusting and I will never come back in. We got there before 2:30 and didn't get to check out until 2:53 for two shakes. Totally ignored us for the first 10 minutes. Could only do one shake at a time. We had a 3:00 doctor's appointment was running late and he knew we were frustrated. When we paid just through the receipt on the counter walked off. Never said thank you. Never anything and if you can hire and keep people like that I will not be back in this store. The shakes were fine. The service was below negative unfortunately you do not have names on the receipt or I would tell you exactly who he is
