Usually love Braum's, come to this location often. After ordering 2 meals today just before 7pm, a burger and chicken tenders, 12 minutes later; went back to the counter to check on food and was told it would be an additional 25 minutes. I was told they were cooking the meat. Manager type advised the same thing just stated that they were busy. Offered a feigned apology. Definitely a disappointment. Usually just get ice cream here without any problems. Food service seems to be getting slower and slower. Also, larger amount of flies in the dining area today.

Went to this Braum's Ice Cream Parlor specifically for a burger with hot and fresh fries. When I was served older fries that were NOT fresh or hot, I returned to the server "FINN" and was greeted with a rude personality and charged for my fries again! Although the presence of the manager "Valorie" was in the midst of the store and seemed to be top notch, the personal wearing the name tag "FINN" needs to realize the importance of friendly customer service regardless if this person is having a not so great day.

The food sucked. Usually a nice lady cooking there. Today on Easter Sunday it was the manager. Waited forever and then all the food was overcooked. Everything was hard. Hard brown eggs. Waited for a refund but the manager was on break and the assistant manager was doing the cooking. He did not want to face me. Finally just left without a refund and only took one bite of that terrible food.
