Loved our visit to Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store! There was a huge variety of ice cream flavors to choose from, and you can get them in either waffle cones or cups. The outdoor seating area was clean and pleasant, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy dessert. Prices were very reasonable for the portions and quality. Overall, a great place for ice cream with a fun, family-friendly atmosphere!

Make sure your order is correct! If you are traveling, meaning NOT FROM TEXAS, and you stop by this "local" restaurant, AND THEY DO NOT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT, you will not get a refund. I called the store when I arrived at my hotel and told them I had received the wrong order. The male who answered the phone said employees DID IN FACT say that someone placed an order and got the wrong order. He offered to "remake my order if you want to come back." I explained to him I WAS NOT FROM DALLAS AND UNABLE TO RETURN. **SILENCE ON THE RESTAURANT'S END** I continued..."Can you do a refund, as I am not able to return?" With attitude, the male responded..."Not over the phone." I stated, "That is fine, I will make a dispute with the bank and get my money back." Ended conversation. These people are HIGHLY unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate THEIR FAILURE IN SERVICE. Thank you, Dallas, TX, for a local restaurant's inadequate accommodations.

Jane ran the counter like a seasoned Gym Leader. Friendly, patient, and clear enough to cut through a busy room for a hard-of-hearing Trainer. I went with cherry lime plus butter pecan, and while it sounds like a weird dual-type, the tart bite balanced perfectly with the smooth, sweet finish. Braum’s stays underrated in a Whataburger-heavy region, but between the burgers and a shared scoop with someone you care about, it’s a dependable Full Heal I’ll always keep in my bag.
