I came to Braum's around 9:00 PM with my two kids, and it was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had and I've been in this business for over 30years! When we walked in, there appeared to be around 10-15 employees working, yet every table was dirty. We had to clean our own table before we could even sit down. While we were waiting for our food, three employees were sitting for what I'm assuming was a break. As one of them started walking back behind the counter, another employee thought it would be funny to throw a giant ball of ice at her. Instead, the ice and whatever drink it came from splashed all over me and my two children. To make matters worse, the assistant manager's solution was to bring me a triple burger instead of the double I ordered. She didn't ask if that was an acceptable way to make things right—she just assumed it would be. That completely missed the point. The issue wasn't that I wanted more food. The issue was that my family had just been hit by a drink because employees were horseplaying. I was so upset that I never even ate my food. This whole experience was unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to clean their own tables, they shouldn't have drinks thrown on them because employees are messing around, and they deserve to be treated with professionalism when something goes wrong.

The ice cream here is definitely tasty and there are so many flavors to choose from, which is always a plus. However, the service was a bit hit or miss during my visit, and the dining area could have been kept a lot cleaner. It is a decent spot for a quick treat, but I think they could do a better job with the overall upkeep.

Very disappointed in this location, service was extremely slow, none of the employees behind the counter looked like they wanted to be there. The individual taking our order did not listen to our request for sizes, the burger patty was hard and more like jerky, the bun as hard, my salad container was greasy from being handled after other food by whatever staff, had to clean the container before I could open it. Lettuce was definitely not the freshest, I didn't use the cottage cheese provided because it was kind of on the warmer side of cool instead of cold like other locations so I didn't trust it. The woman running the grocery area was the only person with a smile and was pleasant to customers, I don't know if her job requires cleaning the dining area and the fountain bar but she was the only one doing anything with positive energies. Definitely will not return to this location. I hope the next day was better for everyone because my one visit set an impression to remember. I will return to the usual locations I live and travel near.
