I recently visited Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant , and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was not going to be a pleasant visit. Firstly, the variety of flavors was severely lacking, and the available options seemed outdated and uninspired. It felt like I stepped back in time to a time when ice cream flavors were limited to the basics. The lack of creativity left much to be desired. The ice cream itself was subpar at best. The texture was icy and lacked the creamy richness that you expect from a quality scoop. It seemed like the ice cream had been sitting in the freezer for far too long, resulting in a freezer-burned taste that was anything but enjoyable. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, making the overall atmosphere less than welcoming. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. To make matters worse, the prices were unreasonably high for the poor quality of the product. I felt like I was paying a premium for an experience that fell far short of expectations. Overall, I would not recommend Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying ice cream experience. Save your money and treat yourself elsewhere to a shop that values quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
