Literally every time we come here it’s please pull forward. I came tonight and ordered the jalapeno onion burger from tv and their menu board. Only to be told to pull forward then 7 minutes later I was told oh yeah we don’t have the items to make that. Tuesday the bag of burgers advertised every week we go get. Yeah pull forward. Like they are shocked someone ordered it. The worst customer service and the employees attitudes suck majorly.

We just left from Braum's with a party of 8. Regan, the amazing young lady behind the counter, took all EIGHT orders at one time with ease! She was attentive, personable and showed great customer service with kindness and patience. Thank you Regan for a great Father's Day ice cream and experience.

6/29/26 at 1:30pm the dining area was NOT clean. There were 4 tables occupied and not one open table had been wiped down. Two employees were at the register talking and did not acknowledge us ready to place our order. Burger was fine, fries were under the heat lamp too long. We'll try other locations in the future but, with other options in the same shopping center, we will not be back to this Braums location.
