My mom and I were in there 4 days ago in the afternoon for ice cream. The floors were honestly so slippery that my mom who walks with a cane almost fell and had to hold on to trash can and tables just to sit down. A teenage girl on crutches came through and fell and we heard her knee pop. An employee walked by while she was on the floor did not say a word or try to help. We told him how greasy the floor was, he did not say a word and 10 minutes later nothing was still being done about it. We had to have my mom hold onto a chair and walk just to get her out of the store. So scary for her and so disgusting.

For starters, this is not my go-to location & I’m only giving it two stars because the taste of the food is decent. Got in at 9:06p from a softball game 2 minutes away. Workers? Slow. Food order? Incomplete. Did that happen once? Nope, happened twice. Braums sauce available in the dining room? No- of course not at this point. Don’t even get me started on the ice cream order. Brownie in the brownie fudge sundae as crisp as an overcooked cookie. Hard, okay. Broke my little rinky dink plastic ware on it. Got out of there at 10:15p. An hour and nine minutes for fast food? I’ll take my kids somewhere else.

Oh come on Braums. I go in tonight & it was WARM WARM WARM inside that place! Glass doors on the freezers & fridges were sweating!!! Seriously? This is an ICE CREAM SHOP. Get the AC FIXED or REPLACED. ASAP. Ridiculous. Even an employee told me it’d been 82 degrees in there this weekend. This is a BUSY Braums. Get that AC fixed or replaced FAST.
