Food was not hot staff was untrained and Manager is RUDE!! On a positive ice cream is good.

Third time going to this location in the past month and half. The first time was ok. The workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Banana peels everywhere. Place was pretty dirty. Got a banana split which was 5/10 good. Second time I used drive through. I paid cash and the young lady short changed me so I confronted her and she told me to figure it out at next window. Then the Second Lady gave me the wrong total AGAIN lol and told me to pull to side to wait for my food. All I got was a small shake.. 5 cars got their orders and went around before someone came out to give me the shake which was completely melted and sticky when they handed it to me. Third strike was just now. First guy took our orders. He made my husbands and slammed it down in front of us. Then mumbled to the poor guy making another persons order” hey just ask the lady what she wants” and walked away. The young man looked super upset and confused so scooped some ice cream into a cup and started mixing then came and asked me what I ordered. Then THAT icecream into the SAME cup and mixed it with whatever else was in there. GROSS. Then gave us the cup completely covered in chocolate sauce that was leftover on his grimy hands.. so my husband had to wipe it off in disgust. Then asked what the other order was. It was a turtle sundae. The cake was DISGUSTING on the bottom. Was like stale corn bread. Then he used his hands to scoop the nuts onto the icecream. And scooped nuts from counter into the sundae. Then came to counter and set it down with everything leaking out from it. I get it..it’s June in Texas but we are inside.. you could at least clean it before you present it. He apologized for the presentation and then took it again and went over to put whip cream and a cherry on it because he forgot . He didn’t bother to remove the 2 other empty cherry stems that fell into my sundae I asked for a lid. Then he grabbed one and smashed it down and let icecream leak all over without cleaning it. There was icecream all over counter when my husband paid. There was also a man with long scraggly hair with no hair net or hat and a guy just wiping his hands on his pants before scooping the icecream. This location is beyond lacking in multiple departments: - work ethic -basic grooming -cleanliness - customer service -respect I think we all took a couple bites to try it. And threw away the rest. It was so gross, what a waste If you go to this location, you’re better off getting the pre packaged stuff from the grocery section I would give negative stars if I could

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The employees looked completely lost and acted like helping customers was a burden. The manager looked like they couldn't care less and made no effort to step in or fix the situation. If your employees are confused, standing around, and not helping customers, management should be doing something instead of ignoring it. Customer service was almost nonexistent. People spend money expecting basic communication and respect, and this place failed badly at both.
