I am disappointed with my recent visit to BreadTalk Lipton. This branch used to be a pleasant place to visit and maintained a much higher standard in the past. Unfortunately, my latest experience was far below expectations. The main issue was hygiene. There were flies around the food display and food containers, which was very concerning and unpleasant. Seeing flies near food does not create confidence in the cleanliness of the establishment. The service experience was mixed. Most of the staff seemed fine and carried out their duties properly. However, the person at the cashier counter was not friendly, welcoming, or helpful. Their attitude made the overall customer experience less enjoyable and left a negative impression. The seating area also appeared neglected, with old and worn chairs that could benefit from replacement. There was also an unused display item on the counter that made the area look untidy and poorly maintained. Another inconvenience was the lack of toilet facilities for customers. For a bakery and café located in a busy area, basic customer facilities should be available. BreadTalk Lipton was once a place that I would happily recommend to others. Sadly, it no longer seems to maintain the standards it was known for. I hope management takes steps to improve hygiene, customer service, and overall maintenance. Until then, I do not feel it is worth visiting.

Bread Talk Lipton is a small outlet located in a busy area, so parking can be limited and sometimes paid parking is the only option available nearby. The bakery has a good variety of breads, buns, and pastries, but some items feel a bit overpriced. The chicken floss buns were tasty, but quite expensive compared to similar places. Staff members were friendly and service was smooth during my visit. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: Rs 1–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
