Just bought the chocolate marble bread today, which is normally one of my favourites, but when I opened the package I was immediately greeted with an unpleasant vomit-like smell, somewhat similar to blue cheese. I thought I would give the bread a try anyway just to see if it tasted like normal. There was no visible mould on the bread, but it tasted like blue cheese/ mould. I’m quite disappointed because there are still several days till the best before date. Maybe it had gone off due to the warm weather?? I would suggest keeping the baked goods in a cooler environment on hotter days. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered and picked up a birthday cake for my kid's birthday party on the weekend. The chocolate disc that has the birthday wish was broken. The staff asked me to check the cake but surprisingly didn't mention anything about the broken chocolate disk until I asked them about the broken choc dish. The staff replied immediately that there is nothing she can do. So basically we have to accept the cake. The staff lacks EQ , empathy and customer service. I definitely understand situation and accident happens. if the staff was more upfront about it before we check the cake I would definitely not be spending my time writing a google review. My kid was really upset when he saw the broken choc birthday disc. It is his first big birthday party. It is unfortunate this happen as we used to get bread from the shop weekly. The Swiss roll was not fresh. I purchased it only yesterday, and it's already the 'best before' date today. Despite spending more than the $30 requirement, the staff only gave me two stamps on my member card. The staff was dishonest. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
