Booked in advance. Arrived first at 2 at 12:30 p.m. as planned. Serve first. Beautiful pancakes, well garnished and presented, but...lukewarm. Damage ! Dessert pancakes, also nice, but lukewarm. Amazing! Our neighbors at the table make the same reflection among themselves, and point it out to the owner, who replies that it is impossible since as soon as they are cooked at home, they are immediately served... We discreetly confirm to them our identical feelings. When paying, the owner asks us if "it was" and if we did not find the Crêpes cold, we allow ourselves to confirm to her that we too found our pancakes not "hot" enough. The owner tells us, annoyed, that that is not possible since they are cooked in a "protocol" way at 250° and served at 75°. Okay, what to answer to that? That fortunately we didn't get burned...
