My first Summerlicious meal of 2026 went to Bridgette Bar Toronto, and it was a great start. I chose the Albacore Tuna Crudo, Mussels, and Chocolate Mousse from the three-course lunch menu. The tuna crudo was the highlight—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced with a nice contrast of textures. The mussels were fresh, though slightly on the smaller side. The saffron broth had good depth of flavor but leaned a bit too salty for my taste. Surprisingly, the Chicken Sausage turned out to be a pleasant surprise, and the Carrot Cake was even better than expected. Overall, the food was well executed, the atmosphere was stylish yet relaxed, and the service was warm and attentive. For a $34 Summerlicious lunch, Bridgette Bar offers excellent value and is definitely worth a visit. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
