We arrived just after 1pm to be told no tables. Take a buzzer and wait in the shop. We waited till 2pm. Nothing. Went back to be told our table is ready. At this point the kids were starving. We waited 10 min for our order to be taken. No pancakes available. Ok then. We placed the order and waited and waited. The staff was so busy restocking the fridge and delivering drinks. We have the drinks order fairly soon after order but the food took 40 minutes to be served. The food was dry as the burger was not even served with a simple sauce. For the price of a chicken burger, no sauce and dry bacon that seems from the left over breakfast menu and the steak pie that was decent and the same for a dry beef burger (I added ketchup on the picture) the expectation was for it to be better. We will not be back here again. I would not recommend this establishment. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
