My family and I have been to this restaurant several times before. Lately service has been on a steady decline and wait times have been a steady increase. I recently returned on my birthday on a Sunday and my family and I (table of 4) ordered pretty basic items, 1 appetizer, 1 salad/ soup and 2 BTLA. From sitting down until food arrived was 1 1/2 hrs. I have been in the food service industry all of my life but find it hard to understand the lack of timeliness' and how this restaurant cold be so understaffed. My daughters reached out to a manager, Kate who basically just ignored any complaints we had. As longtime visitors of the area, we will not be visiting this establishment again. We also witnessed several other customers waiting for over 15 min and not even greeted for water or a beverage. With several options in the Golden area, its a shame this place can't do better. I was very disappointed, this was supposed to be a special day. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We took a group of customers out on a business dinner. Most everyone had the Prime rib special, that did not disappoint, I ordered mine a bit more on the rare side. It was great, not a lot of fat in the cut but I was expecting that, so that was a pleasant surprise. The mashed potatoes were on par and paired well with the cut. After dinner we were served some homemade vanilla ice cream. I was full and satisfied. I did steal some of my buddies truffle fries and those were bomb! The smoked old fashion was excellent, I had two! As my time as a chef in the Navy, I carry a lot of criticism of food with me, I can say Bridgewater Grill puts their effort in their food. Glad you guys joined us for Prime Rid Winter Wednesdays here at Bridgewater Grill! And the smoked old fashioned cocktail is always a huge hit. Come back and see us again!
