Great location, cool atmosphere. That's about it. Menu was unoriginal: 6 boring pizzas to choose from and 6 uninspired main entrees: same stuff you can order from any run of the mill restaurant. The new Whopper was better then the burger I ordered, and her chicken saltimbocca was pedestrian: a piece of chicken wrapped in prosciutto for $25...pathetic. Worst of all was the staff: they all looked like they just woke up and decided to put on Dad's clothes-dirty and baggy. Olive Garden at least has a dress code for their employees. Can't believe this place has lasted for three years. Won't be coming back if they paid me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

So this is the third time that I’ve been to Brightside and it was again another horrible experience. We didn’t have anybody walk over to our table for 15 minutes so we left because this is not the first time this has happened. the food menu you looked great, The drink specials gaslit me. Their wine specials was a bottle of $60 Sauvignon Blanc, which I’ve never heard of it marked down to 55. The service was just absolutely atrocious once again and I don’t like leaving a bad review. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time going here and it was fantastic! The food and service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and welcoming!! Our server Willie was the best and we will definitely be back soon!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
