Hey Divinity, Thank you for the feedback. I agree with your take on the Balrog, We used to pan fry the Chicken, but the health inspector came and told us that we did not have the proper ventilation to keep doing that, so unfortunately we had to pivot to grilled chicken. We also switched to a higher quality hot sauce that tastes better in most items, but does not have the same strength in the fire cheese. You tried the first batch with the new hot sauce, and we are working to reformulate it to have the strength it used to have. Other than that all of the other menu items are still the same recipes. We do still have a used book section, but we had to discontinue new books, since the upkeep costs were substantially more than the book sales, and we could not afford to keep taking a loss on the new books. Sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We hope that you will give us another chance as we continue to strive for excellence, and bring warmth and magic back into the space.
