The place is beautiful and the sweet bread excellent. As for the taste of the food, it was quite average, although it wasn't bad either. Some enchiladas cost $185 and everything (coffee, juice, fruit) is extra. In general, the service from the waiters is very good, but what invited me NOT to return was a very strange experience with the manager on duty. It all started with a man who was at the entrance (I thought he was a hostess) although later after we sat down the same man began to serve us (so we thought he was a waiter). He was friendly, but too intense. He started by insisting that we order something to drink, but it was extremely insistent. Literally in 5 minutes he asked us how 3 times for the drinks we would order, desperate I ended up ordering any drink so that he would leave us alone. The drink I ordered was cold and they brought it hot, which the super friendly waiters agreed to change for me. The flavor was very off (it tasted like milk with water and sugar). The person I went with ordered a milkshake and for $105 we expected something delicious, which was not the case, it was small and only tasted again like milk with water and sugar. Then the topic of bread. She brought the tray with the options and some asked for bread and others we said no. Well, from there he asked us other times when we didn't ask for bread if we had changed our minds. Again the intensity. Well, we finished breakfast without any other problems and only our waiter served us. The problem was that when we paid, they brought us a survey on a sheet of paper. I decided to answer it and I gave them “excellent” for the waiter service, “good” for the food, “good” for the hostess service (I thought it was the gentleman), “fair” for the drinks, and for the attention of the floor manager I put “not applicable” because we did NOT know who the manager was. Finally, we took the trouble to write in comments the same thing that I already wrote here regarding the taste of drinks and what could be adjusted for a better experience. We delivered the survey and oh surprise!! The very upset man arrives speaking loudly to ask us why we had put “not applicable” in the attention of the floor manager when he was the manager, and then he says “would you like to change something in your situation?” Said in a rude and insistent way. I answered the man very peacefully that it was a misunderstanding, that we did not know that he was the manager and that he would gladly modify the survey and provide good service. He told me to leave it like that. Then he asks me why I put “regular” on the drinks. Me too ?? I tell the man that I had already written why in the comments below, yet I explained to him again why we didn't like the drinks. And already in a mocking tone and shouting at us he says “Thank you for your observations” and leaves. It was very uncomfortable. I don't understand why they give you surveys if they are not going to take constructive criticism. Besides, it was NOT anything bad. We put excellent and good, only average in drinks which can really improve. They gave us a very bad time and a very uncomfortable time by questioning us. We left very disconcerted. It should be noted that before the survey happened, the man was not rude, but he was very insistent that we order more things and quickly, he made us feel uncomfortable and rushed. But even so, I gave the hostess a good rating in the survey thinking it was him and I didn't write in comments about his attitude so as not to harm him or anything. But wow, we didn't expect that he was going to come and yell at us for saying that his milkshake was too sweet hahaha Price per person: MX$300–400 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pan Dulce

The chilaquiles and Brioche enchiladas were exquisite. The house specialty bread (Philadelphia filling) is a delight. It took less than 10 minutes to serve, impressive. Everything was perfect, the attention needless to say, exceptional. Not a good day for Brioche Bakery. Chilaquiles were way too spicy, had to send them back. Coffee was watery, had to send it back. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
