Wow, first of all, the opening hours are not correct. I ate a doner kebab here, and it was the worst kebab I have ever eaten in my entire life. This doner is not even comparable to other kebabs. It is the worst of all time. The meat was cold, the bread was cold, and the salad tasted like it was two years old. My friends ordered chicken too, and wow... it was just as bad. I have never said this before, but my mother cooks 50 times better than anything they serve here, even if she had been cooking her whole life. The restaurant itself is also in terrible condition. One of the chairs was broken and looked like it could collapse at any moment. I would honestly rather eat nothing than eat here again. This was an unbelievably bad experience. The service deserves -1 out of 5 stars.

If you want to stay hungry, Broadstairs Kebab is definitely the place to go. Half of our order was missing when it was delivered. We called immediately, and were told the driver had “forgotten another bag” and would bring it back in a minute. After waiting 20 minutes, nothing arrived, and the food we did receive had already gone cold. We called again and were told they would make a new order and it would take 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes passed, we called back once more, explaining that we had family over and half the food was already cold while we were still waiting. The response we received was shocking – we were told to bring the food back if we wanted it remade, and the staff even called their own delivery driver “an idiot.” Very disappointing service, poor communication, and no consideration for customers.
