Hi Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re really glad to hear you enjoy the eggs—we agree, they’re among the best available. We’d like to clarify the situation around stock and pre-ordering. During the cold months, Noah's Ark Farm can only allocate ten boxes of extra-large eggs to us twice a week. The XL ones are popular, and because we only receive a limited amount, they often sell out quickly. You visited twice this week and requested we put some aside for you. We advised kindly first time that we cannot reserve XL eggs for the aforesaid reason. When you you visited today, you requested to pre-pay for six boxes from a single delivery. While we completely understand wanting to secure them in advance, reserving that many boxes for one customer would leave very little available for everyone else. To keep things fair for all of our regular shoppers, we have to offer high-demand items on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot hold or pre-sell large portions of our limited stock. Until we can get more we will also be introducing limit of 2 boxes per customer. Since your visit however, I have spoke to the egg man about your request for 6 boxes every 3 weeks. I can confirm that on Tuesday's delivery there will be extra boxes for you to collect. We truly appreciate your support and hope this helps explain why we were unable to set aside that quantity.
