trinity and kavan were stupendous. i guarantee you will never ever find a better restaurant. i was salivating waiting for my chicken tender salad with caesar dressing. kyle was dry and was not our server. please go to the Brown Derby Wood Fired Steakhouse Wheelchair accessibility: terrible accessibility Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Rolls

My girlfriend and I stopped in this evening for my birthday and sat at the bar. The 2 bartenders this evening (Melissa and Abby) were absolutely fantastic! They worked together extremely well and took care of a full bar along with tables, carry outs and people coming in to purchase gift cards. I order a mule and my girlfriend ordered a seasonal martini (chocolate peppermint) which were awesome! We also saw the manager (we believe her name is Haylie) take care of multiple customers to prevent and resolve potential issues on a busy night. We didn’t stay as long as we wanted because we were headed home to celebrate my bday, but couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service we received tonight! Thank you to Abby, Melissa and Haylie for doing a fantastic job and taking care of your customers! We will definitely be back!

So some of our family got together and went for dinner on 12/23/22. We have been there many times before and rarely have had any issues. However this time I think they should have stayed closed for the day! Got there as they opened and got seated, ordered drinks and was told no soft drink beverages as it was coming out as syrup, no coffee as they did not have hot water (I thought the coffee pot made hot water). Then proceeded to order dinner. Once ordered we mentioned that is was pretty cold in the restaurant and was then told the furnace was not working and it was only 58 degrees in there! Out of 7 of us 5 had no issues with dinner, I had a great steak, but 2 of the people had dinners under par. One was not even warm and the cheese on top of the chicken was not even melted and another got spiced fries when regular was requested and another had a steak not cooked as requested. The waitress was awesome during all of this and apologizing for the issues. Will have to rethink if we visit again.
