Disappointment. An absurd event. We were in a group of 7 people and one of us brought a snack from a neighbor, while the others would eat it here. Incredibly, the girl asked my niece to leave with her snack. Service: 1

I was with my family today and we had a terrible experience. We ordered some oven-baked snacks that were reheated in the microwave, we ordered drinks for the adults and they were served in a plastic cup, and when we asked for house water for one of the children, the waitress said she could not provide house water with ice (really?). I can't understand this kind of economy! Expensive food, poorly served, the air conditioning wasn't working and they still refuse to provide ice... On top of that, we paid 32 reais for an ice cream that looked like it had been refrozen! Maximum disappointment! This is a coffee place located inside a mall so you will have street parking or paid parking inside the mall. We came for desert and coffee after dinner. We got a table and they have table service here. NUTELLA CAPUCCINO- i am a huge fan of coffee with chocolate so this drink although it was very sweet, I loved it, they did not need to put sugar in the coffee if you have Nutella galore on the rim of the cup but hey, I'm down for this sugar rush any day! BROWNIE WITH ICE CREAM- sadly this was a disappointment, the served the brownie at room temperature, they could have warmed it up a bit, it could have given the special extra to the desert, also the brownie tasted pretty old. the coffe here is pretty ok, but the place is called Brownieria and your brownies are not good? idk what they are going to do here abut that but they need to do something cause their featured item needs a lot of work. I will not come here for a long time, perhaps later in life I will give it another shot, but not for a long while.
