A very special experience when it comes to eating. We ordered the 5th and some the 6th course menu. It's worth getting there early for this. In total we were there for 4 hours, each course was explained individually. Everything tasted phenomenal! The price is of course very high, I thought it was a shame that we were offered an aperitif before the meal and this was later billed at €28 per 0.1l. Since we have never been to a star restaurant, we initially assumed that this would be included in the menu prices. Ultimately, it's your own mistake. Overall, definitely recommended! We had both the full flora and fauna menu. Both completely suited our taste. The service was on point and we had two wonderful Rieslings with the menu. A successful evening!
