LaKa Saigon

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled that you had a great experience, and we can’t wait to welcome you back!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We truly appreciate it. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed our bánh tráng cuốn, bột chiên, and especially the salted coffee, and that our team made you feel welcome — your kind words mean a lot to us. Regarding the phá lấu, thank you for your honest feedback. We’ve shared this with our kitchen team and will work on adjusting the balance to better match our guests’ expectations. We also sincerely apologize about the cleanliness and the environment outside. Maintaining a clean and comfortable space is very important to us, and we are actively reinforcing our cleaning standards inside the shop. As for the area outside, while it’s beyond our direct control, we are doing our best to keep our storefront as welcoming as possible. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re grateful for the chance to do better. We hope that on your next visit, everything will meet — and hopefully exceed — your expectations. We’d love the opportunity to earn that 5-star experience from you Thank you again, and we truly look forward to welcoming you back. — Laka Saigon Team
