We went to the Buffalo Grill on December 10, 2024 with my 6 girlfriends. We made it clear that it was for 2 birthdays. Although they subscribed to the newsletter, they did not have the cocktail offered as indicated on their site. In addition, we were put in a corner where we couldn't even hear the famous "happy birthday little Indians" music... (even though the goal was to celebrate a birthday...). Concerning the dishes, we all found that the prices were excessive compared to the quantity on the plate (22 euros for a mini piece of bison and 3 sweet potatoes...). The waitresses were very nice but forgot us when it was time for desserts. In addition, the first time each plate was brought back with fries, we had to return them to get the requested side dish (so we were served out of time...). Other than that the taste was ok. Hygiene in the toilets also leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend, and I will not return. Price per person: €20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We ate at Buffalo Grill Arras and we ordered a thick steak to medium rare and a rare sirloin, as a result we had a steak folded in two perfectly cooked and a sirloin more than medium rare...we informed the staff without results no information .. on payment he cheated me by 10€ invoice 56.4€ less holiday check 50€ on the credit card ticket 16.40€ after complaint the staff gives me 10€ back but nothing no excuses.... ..to avoid the kitchen is not good and the staff has nothing to do with the customer Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Petite Salade d'accueil
