I stopped by the new BWW GO in Mt. Zion and had a great experience. Gage was working the counter and was incredibly helpful. My order was ready right on time, and he double-checked to make sure all the sauces and dips were in the bag before I headed out. It’s a busy spot since it’s newer, but Gage handled the rush with a great attitude and kept things moving fast. It’s rare to get that kind of friendly service at a takeout-only spot. Definitely ask for him if you’re picking up wings here! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an order through the app. I came at the time it was supposed to be ready. It wasn't ready yet, so I sat waiting. I could look back into the kitchen and see the staging area. I see several orders in various stages of being finalized. Finally, after 10 minutes of waiting past the due time, I ask the cashier for the status. He goes back, and sure enough, my order was ready and had been sitting there the entire time I was waiting. They had just not finished it and put it in the pickup spot. So, my food was cold. The kid finalizing orders moved at a glacial pace and would not finish one order before going onto the next order, so orders sit and sit until they get cold. Do yourself a favor and order wings from anywhere else. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings GO location and had a disappointing experience. I walked in as a paying customer and presented a $10 coupon I had received from another Buffalo Wild Wings location in Forsyth. The supervisor, Jordan, told me they could not accept it because they had never seen one like it and claimed there was no code. After returning to my car to double-check, I found that the coupon did in fact have a code and brought that to his attention. He then stated they could not honor it because their store is a franchise and not affiliated with the Forsyth location. I completely understand that different locations may have different policies, and I was not upset that the coupon couldn’t be used. What bothered me was the lack of effort to help in any way. No alternative, no suggestion, no attempt to contact someone higher up — just a refusal. In today’s world, kindness and customer service matter. I wasn’t asking for anything free or unreasonable, just to feel valued as a customer who chose to visit this new local location instead of driving 20 minutes to another one. I left feeling dismissed over a $10 coupon, which is unfortunate because I live nearby and was hoping this would become my go-to spot. I hope management encourages staff to show more flexibility, empathy, and willingness to help customers in the future. Do better. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
