OVERCHARGED AMD ALMOST GAVE US FOOD POISONING Five months ago I wrote an amazing review about Buffalo Wild Wings in Watertown. I am taking it all back after the service and the pricing of the food and the way the food has been cooked from our order today. We were absolutely disappointed and shocked. The price of our meal was absolutely Ridiculous. You are supposed to get the wing and fries bundle and I thought you got at least one ranch for free with the order. They charged us separately for literally EVERYTHING!! Making it a $90 bill for three adults and one kid. They charged for each cup of ranch and charged for fries even though it was supposed to be a bundle deal. WHAT A DESPERATE THING TO DO TO YOUR CUSTOMERS The fries we had with our wings were overcooked, underseasoned and disgusting. We all had boneless wings, but there was hardly any sauce on any of the wings and a couple of the wings were not fully cooked. That is dangerous way to cause food poisoning to your customers, especially when I am pregnant and my daughter who is only 5 had a couple of undercooked wings in our order. When I have arrived to pick up our food. The employee who came out to greet me looked extremely rough and smelled horrible. I tried to look on the receipt for a name, but it only says cashier one. Good way to cover up terrible work ethic from your employees who obviously are slacking and dont care. The view of the inside was sad as there was only three vehicles parked in the massive parking lot, but the inside was dirty and smelled terrible as though your employees don't know how to clean let alone cook a proper meal. The terrible food explains how it was cooked and ready for pick up so fast. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
