Ordered 3 meals for me , wife and little’n. I got peri strip rice box which was unreal, chicken was fresh and rice was nice moist and flavourful.. Wife ordered Steak Box, this was unbelievably good. I’ll be ordering that next time, meat was so seasoned and melted in your mouth. Daughter had chicken burger meal, pretty standard of what you would expect. 2 main meals were top notch & I’ll be re-ordering from here Portion sizes are very good too Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Burger Box and had a really great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The burgers were juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly put together — you can tell they don’t cut corners when it comes to quality. What really stood out, though, was the service. Khalid was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. He made sure everything was spot on and created a really positive vibe. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Khalid definitely does. Overall, Burger Box is a spot I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE – FOOD CONTAMINATED WITH HAIR I am absolutely horrified by my recent order from Burger Box via Uber Eats. When we opened the food, we found two hairs inside the meal – one stuck to the burger and another in the chicken tenders. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. We were so disgusted that the entire order went straight into the bin. I immediately called the restaurant and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes to report the issue. The way the situation was handled made it even worse. The man who answered asked me “whose hair did you find?” — which was already shocking. When I replied that it appeared to be his, he claimed that he is bald and that everyone in the kitchen is bald, which is simply not true. The hairs we found were long, black, and very visible. Instead of taking responsibility and showing concern for food safety, I was met with denial and a completely unprofessional attitude. This is a serious hygiene issue and I will be reporting this to Uber Eats. Customers should not have to deal with contaminated food and such poor customer service. Absolutely disgusting. Never again.
