Where do I even begin? The staff was genuinely disinterested in their jobs, moving slowly, and seemed quite miserable. They appeared to lack basic training in cooking burgers and fries. I observed the gentleman transition from handling the fryers to cooking burgers, then he tapped on several screens and then put my fries in a bag with the same glove covered hands. He used his hands, which was quite gross. When I pointed it out to him, he seemed irritated that I would dare mention it. The burger was dry, and the fries were stale. To the owner, I suggest hiring some local high school students who can approach customers with a smile and provide proper training. I assure you that many more happy customers will result. Lastly, English should be the language spoken while on the job. I’m not sure what they were saying about me, but I can only imagine! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered ahead to be able to pick up and go. Arrive 35 minutes later (was told to come in 30) When I arrive they hadn’t even started making the order yet (there were 3 people in the building, so was not busy at all) They proceed to make the order and screwed up the sides. The server insisted that I wait so she can correct it, I chose not to as I already had to wait 15 minutes for the food. She says it will take 1 minute (It takes 5 to cook the items) I then contacted customer service and never heard a thing. This place will suffer with all the other good burger options in town now Chicken fingers tasted good though. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped in at the Burger Factory Noticed they had daily specials and ordered the cheeseburger special. Excellent job on the burger Great toppings Fresh bun You have to try it! Family run business nice chat with the husband and wife while waiting for the fresh made burger! This will now be my go to Burgger stop Great job!!! Cheers
