Today, 04/27/24, I came to Burger King CC La Ballena and it has been a terrible experience in which my order for "fast" food took more than 35 minutes and to top it all off I see how the machine is where they put the hamburgers for to keep it hot and it was full and there were no orders coming out and the food was getting cold because it turns out that they gave me those hamburgers after commenting how long I've been waiting and that they couldn't do anything....hello? They can have better organization than we pay for hot food and they put it cold and instead of placing orders they have everything there because they leave it waiting and cooling and they put it cold instead of freshly made. When I say it, they put that hamburger back in the machine as freshly made and they rotate them and after a while he tells me that this one is fresh and I tell him no, the one the manager ordered me to make has not yet come out and we ask for a complaint form. The service is very terrible with 3 employees outside and just walking around putting out ticket napkins and not looking at the food that comes out and is being placed. It's a shame that people continue to go to these places having had a bad experience. The worst burger king I have ever eaten because they laugh at one and put a cold one back. Or change that hot machine because it only keeps the bottom part attached to the burger hot. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Terrible service. I was waiting 40 minutes for the food. Which afterwards was cold. Even when we told them, they told us that those were not ours and then they put them on the tray. The desire to work is terrible and on top of that they could have had a little more education. The bathrooms are always closed, you can't even wash your hands. It is a place not to come again. It's the only thing I can recommend here... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Burger King is good, to go to eat, between meals... The food is good... I have never been to that place... but I guess That the food is good, Good..
