Aquí tienes una versión en inglés para una reseña formal y clara: Today I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King Store #9362. The employee taking orders, Monica, was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She did not greet customers, took my order incorrectly, and when I pointed out the mistake, she simply dismissed it without offering any apology. I visit this location at least twice a week, and every time I see her, she never says good morning, thank you, or shows any appreciation for customers. Customer service is an important part of any business, and unfortunately, her attitude creates a very negative experience. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to ensure customers are treated with respect. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mikayla (The Manager) was Awesome!!! She went Above and Beyond to get My Order Complete when I Accidentally Mis Timed my Order. I meant to time it for pick up when I got off work and I did it for Pick Up Right then and There. I called the Restaurant, spoke to her, she was So kind and said she would remake the order for when I got off work. When I finally picked it up. SHE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY KINDER. SHE WAS AWESOME!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So I am in the drive-thru, I can not review the atmosphere at this time. The lady in the drive thru I am told her name is Monica but she’s a Hispanic shorty. She said I had to wait on my fries so I said ok. I got a medium fry no salt. She came back 3 minutes later and said it again so I said, “ I AM waiting “. She said a car was coming up behind so I said “ you didn’t tell me that ”. She looked offended as she jerked her head back but I didn’t think I was out of pocket with what I said. They don’t have a pull up spot for drive thru waiting like other big cities such as Charlotte, NC does. The food is ok. My fries are not hot and my daughter does not like the onion rings. Have anyone else noticed that when you ask for like a lemonade the cup most Burger King’s give you always says Small Lemonade? We should gradually stop eating BK like we doing Hardee’s so they can eventually fold until they know how to be fair and stop lying. See my receipt and the photo of my cup below. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Dietary restrictions: No salt on fries.
