The lady taking the order was wonderful. The men's bathroom was atrocious! It is almost like it hasn't been cleaned for days. The stench was nauseating. Even though I bought my food to go, I still couldn't eat because of that bathroom. Wow! Price per person: $10–20

If I could give this location negative stars I would. We came in and ordered take out at 613pm. At 628pm I asked for a refund from the team member bagging orders, loud enough for him to hear. Totally ignored me. I kept repeating and repeating and finally he says “I’m only one person”. I’ve worked in many restaurants before changing careers and if a guest had a complaint you drop what you’re doing and take care of it, especially since he said he was the “manager”-and I use that term loosely when it comes to him. I told him fast food doesn’t take more than 15 minutes. I’ve been in busier fast food restaurants-McDonalds, Chik-Fil-A, Shake Shack- and orders came out between 10 and 15 minutes. Then he said snarkly, “go to a sit down restaurant”. That “manager” needs remedial training or be demoted because the people waiting behind me while he took his sweet time to refund my money, decided to leave. Oh, another team member went on break when we got there. One rule I learned working in restaurants. No breaks between 11am-2pm and 5pm-8pm. Needless to say we will never go to that location ever again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Ordered thru the drive thru & requested fresh food as you can see the fish sandwich meal I ordered wasn't fresh at all I asked for cheese there wasn't any on my sandwich in it looked old like it's been sitting for a while the cheese looked like it was sucking off as if this fish sandwich was already previously made honestly something fresh wouldn't look like this at all. I just feel like that is disgusting to be serving your customers old food that was already previously cooked I always before even days before that has been sitting for a while and we are trusting you guys to serve us fresh food I mean you are taking our money so what we are paying for should be fresh at all times and this is a fish sandwich the lettuce looks old there wasn't any tomatoes on there either in I asked for no pickles It looked like pickles was on the sandwich and they had to get off It is sad because I honestly don't believe that restaurants should pre-make the sandwiches because when they sit around they're not fresh anymore because they're sitting even if they're sitting under heat that definitely effects the food quality. I honestly feel like I got ripped off because I paid for cheese I did not get cheese at all what I requested I did not receive and I feel like us as customers we are spending on her own money we should get what we pay for not what they thought we deserve. And I usually will come to this restaurant and sit down in the inside and eat because it's comfortable on the inside but last time that I sat there and ate there I heard the manager fussing with one of the employees saying hurry up and pick that burger off the floor and wrap it up before one of the customers see that it fell on the floor and me and my partner stop eating our food because we heard them in the back talking about the burger that fell on the floor and I'm like so they're going to continue to wrap this burger up a service to somebody knowing that it fall on the floor so you have to be very careful where you eat at because just because the neighborhood is a nice neighborhood does not mean that there are nice cleanly people around the sad part is I love Burger King but some of these restaurants behind the whole lot of secrets in the kitchen so be careful where you choose to eat from and always check your food before you leave the restaurant if you go through the drive-thru because you never know You might not get exactly what you ordered Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
