Horrible experience . My husband took our 10 year old there last night at 8:30 he ordered chicken strips fries and a drink . A young African American boy was at the window and ask him for his coupons.my husband stated I didn't mention coupons nor stated that I had any .The person at the window stated yelling at my husband while my 10 year old in the back set was crying .then my husband said I just need my food you are being rude and the employee again started yelling at him again then told my husband to leave . My husband said excuse me and the employee said you heard me leave get out of here So my husband drove off I have repeatedly called bugar king to file a complaint but the phone seems to be off the hook Don't worry burgar King we will never eat or order from there again Ever . Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Roxboro, NC 5/31, 6pm. Ordered Whopper Jr and Whopper...was pulled 15min, meat was cooking. When I got home, found the Whopper was burnt and so hard I could have broken a window with it. Do better!
