I just had a very very bad experience at the drive-through of Burger King Everything was normal I placed the order. I went to the second window as instructed. I gave her a 20 and when she handed me the change back, I couldn’t reach and I asked her if she could hand me the money and she told me “no you can grab it”. I was surprised in that moment I never had a worker address me customer like that ever when I reached in and grabbed my money she turned around and started laughing and making comments to someone She came back, handed me my food, and I asked for her name which she gave me with a smirk attitude as if she knew nothing was gonna happen. It felt normal for her to behave in this way. after giving me her name she turned around and started laughing again, closed the window behind her and i left. I don’t know what’s going on nowadays Customer service Is terrible I didn’t expect me on my morning commute to get such bad customer service its uncalled for I did call Burger King corporate and they did say they were going to find a solution and they apologized and they were going to contact the store and investigate which I appreciate but I don’t understand how young kids nowadays have zero respect for adults anymore Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of my least favorite Burger Kings in NJ. Paper straws? Why? They taste disgusting, get soggy, and break too easily. All the other burger kings, and even Costco's have either plastic straws or plant based plastic straws. No excuse for this location to go with the nasty paper straws. The other problem I have is a nearly $4 small drink. Why? That is beyond inflation and beyond greed. Should be $1 for the small drink. Anyway I won't make this mistake twice. Plenty of other burger kings nearby with plastic straws and reasonable drink prices. This location has modernized unfortunately with the bland, generic looking blocky exterior and the hospital antiseptic style white and grey interior with just tiny hints of wood. There are plenty of seating areas available, but gone is the fun look and feel of the 80s burger king and so is the playroom, so no place for kids to play here. I guess in a short while all fast food restaurants will look exactly like this.

When I came in with close to $100 order I asked for fresh fries and I heard someone in the back say “how rude” I almost asked for a refund at that point then they proceeded to load every single burger with extra extra mustard even the whoppers that didn’t include mustard. I had to make them remake two whopper jrs I asked for only mustard and ketchup on and they were swimming in mustard but then one whopper was missing cheese and none of the whoppers were missing extra mustard when they don’t even come with mustard. I think they was trying to be funny and rude. This was Saturday night March 14th we were there around 7-9 pm. The guy uo front was nice but you can tell the cooks dont understand the amount of money people spend and the quality of the food would have been great had they not played around with the mustard. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
