Im a regular customer. Update: I took one star off because that’s the second time something was missing from my order. Once I ordered two cheeseburgers that came with no cheese. Today I ordered two cheeseburgers with extra patties and they cane with singular patties. Quality control needs to improve before delivery. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I've ordered from these guys twice and I enjoyed both times. Yes, their delivery is a bit slow, both times it took 60 mins. But that's what Thiusbezorg suggested the delivery time would be, so I can't complain about that. 5/5 for food quality. Their beef seems really high quality and has that grilled flavour you expect from a burger. Their potato wedges are rustic, with the skin on, and curly cut which adds flavor and give that extra earthy and crunchy outer texture and fluffy interior, and they're seasoned well. 5/5 for presentation. They serve their burgers in a paper wrapper like a proper street style burger, and in a brown cardboard box with their own logo. I like that it's cardboard and environmentally friendly. Today I had a standard burger + wedges. It was an authentic beefy, grilled burger just what I was expecting. Last time I had a double cheese burger. It was beefy, and cheesy. Both times, on a soft, buttery and fresh brioche bun. Again, authentic and what you expect from a proper burger. I really don't understand why these guys google rating is 1.7. Maybe they need to improve their delivery time... But it's about the food people. For me, it's worth the wait. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered from Thuisbezorgd. The order arrived ahead of schedule (in the snow). The burgher were hot, tasty, filling, and reasonably priced. A well-deserved 5 stars. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
