They were so kind and attentive! Coming from the other burger ranch in Kennewick that treated us absolutely horrible this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the staff here tonight for being so awesome to us, seriously! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I want to first thank Vincent; it was my first visit to Burger Ranch. He explained the Chess Board, and recommended the Sourdough Ranch....Double of course it was great. Price per person: $10–20

Quick summary: The food was good, but the service was subpar. Would go again if not in a hurry. Pros: - food quality (considering price point) - food variety - surprising amount of shake/malt flavors - unique chicken "donuts" (O-shaped nuggets) - employees doing their best despite under-staffing Cons: - text-based menu (very few pictures to see what you're getting) - surprising ingredients (basic hamburger includes cheese?) - slight language barrier with ordering - parts of order not taken correctly despite multiple repetitions - slow ordering (at 2pm, one person was taking drive-thru and dine-in orders) I ordered a taco salad which was delightfully spicy and paired it with a tasty butter pecan malt. Unfortunately, based on pictures from other reviews I was expecting a fried tortilla bowl for my salad and was disappointed to only get tortilla chip strips. I guess they changed the style at some point, but this demonstrates why pictures on the menu are important! I also had to repeat my malt order when the rest of the food was delivered and wait for it to be made. However, everything was delivered to our table with a hustle once it was ready!
