Confirmed my order and never made it. Doordash was unable to contact them. Waste of time and money. Avoid this place.

I ordered a burger with grilled onions and added bacon. The burger itself was nothing special Honestly for the price and quality I would have rather gone to In & Out. I would have had a freshly made burger the way I wanted. Burger Academy is nothing more than a very expensive fast food burger. The patty is clearly not freshly made, but frozen. There wasn't enough condiments as what they did put on soaked into the bun. I'd love to say that the addition of the bacon helped, but I didn't receive it. Also I was expecting grilled onions as it was part of the order. However they were also missing. Of course whats a burger without fries. Their fries were just that, fries. Again I'd rather of had In & Out. I would have paid about a third of what I paid at Burger Academy and had freshly made food that I was incredibly disappointed over all. I wouldn't recommend Burger Academy at all. Save your time and money. There are to many other good burger places out there.
