Dear Gleb G. thank you for your feedback and rating. I am sorry that you had a bad experience with us and we would like to know more so we can learn and improve - could you let me know what you are referring to and could you email me your receipt so I can have a look into the issue. I suspect it is a deliveroo order which was picked up and never delivered to you as in the restaurant 3 hours would be double allocated seating time.. Please contact me on my email christine.desousamacedo@burgerandlobster.com and let me know which manager you spoke to (you must have spoken to someone if you waited 3 hours).
