Great food. Burgers are high quality and ordering fries "well done" delivers crispy fries that taste great. Bathrooms were clean. Diet Coke fountain drinks had a good mix. I really like their rewards system--delivers fast. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m a frequent customer at this Burgerville location (Convention Center) and usually come at least once a month, but this experience did not sit right with me. While ordering in the drive-through, I asked a simple question about the chicken slider—specifically about the size, since the person I was ordering for wanted two. The response I received was, “That’s the definition of a slider,” in a tone that felt dismissive and condescending. When I got to the window and tried to address it, the employee told me I was “reaching” and initially denied the interaction. I later found out the person I spoke to was actually the manager. After insisting, I was eventually able to speak with him, and he offered $2.88 off my order—but that did not address the issue. What bothered me most is how the situation was handled overall. The tone and response came across as disrespectful, and it felt like I was being talked down to for asking a simple question. Not everyone may be familiar with menu terminology, and no customer should be made to feel belittled for asking for clarification. As someone who comes here regularly, this experience felt off and honestly concerning. It’s important that staff—especially management—communicate with customers in a respectful and inclusive way.
