We stop by here on our way home Friday night to get the family something to eat. Unfortunately it was a disappointment we ordered at the drive thru before getting on the Hwy. The family 12 peice size chicken tenders were COLD not hot at all. The gravy was runny like soup, mashed potatoes were cold. And to top it off we asked for plates and they didn't give any eating silverware. The young lady that took our order should little customer service. I had just visited the same establishment the day before ordered my food inside. Everything was HOT. You guy's dropped the ball on Friday and we were very disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Only three employees working the entire store. All three would've rather texted and talked on their phones than prepare food. Neither of the employees show any regard for customers, especially delivery drivers who are on tight schedules. I've seen drivers wait as many as 15 minutes, some flat out just leave the store (which affects their paychecks) Theres zero sense of urgency to serve what little customer base there is at any time. But that's what happens when you hire kids who are fresh out of high school that couldn't care less. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I loved fried Chicken, and Bush's Chicken for awhile was one of my places to visit around the San Antonio area. I used to frequent another one across the city, and my thoughts around it always revolved around, that it wasn't the best chicken, but the value was good. I cannot even come close to saying that it's true for this location after moving to Converse and frequenting this location for a few months. The tenders are always positively tiny, they almost never add extra tenders, and they are pretty skimpy with the fries in general. At 12 dollars for a 4 tender combo, it's pretty terrible value with how little I'm getting, to the point when I get handed the bag I can tell just how little is contained within the box. I will not be visiting this location again unless something changes. Either recognize that your tenders are tiny and add extra per box, or fix your tenders size, or lower your prices. Seriously I can get bigger tenders from a value bag at Walmart which is frankly pathetic. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
