I visited on April 21, 2026, and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. When we arrived, there were several cars pulling in at the same time. I noticed about four employees taking orders, which I initially appreciated. However, they repeatedly skipped over our car and continued taking orders from vehicles behind us. They would walk past us, look directly at us, and move on without acknowledging us. This went on for several minutes and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After waiting about five minutes, I asked an employee what was going on, and she stated they were taking orders “in order.” This was clearly not true, as multiple cars that arrived at the same time as us — and even after us — were already being served and leaving with their food. I was there with my two young daughters (ages 2 and 3), and the delay made things even more stressful as they needed to use the restroom. By the time someone finally took our order, we had already been waiting far longer than expected for just three combo meals. After returning from the restroom, I expected at least our drinks to be ready, but instead I found that a completely new line of cars was already being served and leaving — again before us. At that point, it genuinely felt like we were being ignored. Based on the way we were repeatedly overlooked while others were served, I felt racially profiled and unfairly treated. No customer should be made to feel that way. This experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I ultimately decided to leave without receiving my order. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates what happened, and ensures all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. better staff training would be appropriate Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unorganized. I was the 1st car in the 3rd lane for a long time and I was never approached. Susan or whoever needs to do better. Update: They’re short handed. Still unorganized at the drive thru Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Manager At Bush's Chicken On South Valley Mills Need To Be Fired! He Always Have An Attitude & Hung Up In My Face When I Called Inside. I Was Picking Up An Order & Was sitting in the drive-through for a while before any workers came to help. I simply called in and asked him is any workers available because I was trying to pick up an order. He proceeds to tell me I can come in and get it myself or I can wait. I informed him that I have been waiting. That’s why I called inside. Every time I Go Here He Got An Attitude So I Asked Him Why Are You Always Mad That’s When He Hung Up. His Workers Even Told Me He Always Got An Attitude Right Then. He Should NOT Be In Charge Of A Business Being This Unprofessional Just Because I Asked Him A Question Smh He Wanted A Confrontation With Me So Bad. He Told The Workers To Tell Me To Come Get It Myself So I went inside and he denied the order pickup just because I asked him why do he have an attitude I didn’t do anything to him for him to deny the order he started the whole confrontation!
