Had a disappointing visit to Buster's BBQ in Gresham this week. Even though it was slow, with no one in line at the counter, staff never welcomed us or told us where to order. We finally figured it out and were ignored for a few minutes by the two folks working behind the counter. Food quality wasn't great and portions were tiny, especially for the price. The barbecue sauce was runny, like they had watered it down. I had a two meat dinner combo and was surprised to only receive a few slices of brisket and pork, single ice-cream scoop of mashed potatoes and small bowl of flavorless green beans. My plate was $22 for what honestly was $10 worth of food. Altogether, we paid over $75, just for three modest meals and poor service. On the plus side, the restaurant seemed clean and organized. There also seemed to be enough staff, which was great to see. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place and definitely won't go back. Between the insanely high prices and being ignored by staff, it just isn't worth it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My wife and I have been eating at Buster’s Barbecue for 25 year. Lately, we have become disappointed with the quality and the servings are getting smaller. Yesterday we ordered one pound of baby back ribs. There seemed to be fewer ribs than usual so I weighed them on our new kitchen scales. The six ribs weighed 14.5 oz not 16 oz. They were tasteless, very dry and difficultly to chew. Very disappointed.
