The food overall here is ok! I definitely prefer other breakfast places in town to this one, but if I’ve had a long night out the night before, the sweet/candy-like menu of Butters is perfection. I had a to go order of the chocolate cake pancake and it was incredibly sweet, although tasty! I wish the serving had been bigger. My friend and I cane in person here last year and it was a bit better in person compared to delivery but the mimosas were expensive despite there seeming to be little to no alcohol content in them. Overall, a good place if you want a dessert-styled breakfast or have the munchies but for in depth meals that satisfy there are better options in town. A nice breakfast spot next to campus! The veggie omelet has plenty of fresh veggies and the added green chili on it was delicious! The breakfast platter was substantial and a good well rounded choice. The service was nice and at 9am on Saturday there were plenty of open tables. Butters has been a huge part of our entire college journey, and every visit feels like home. Our waitress Dalia truly makes the experience — she’s been with us since the beginning and always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her energy, kindness, and consistency are unmatched. We absolutely love this place: great food, great vibes, and even better people. Only small wish is that they played a little more Mexican music, but honestly, still an amazing spot overall.
