I bought a chicken roti for 260. But there was no chicken in it. There was no honey either. You can actually eat it at a normal place for less than that. It's not worth giving it a 0 out of 10. If you buy chicken roti again, buy vegetable roti instead.

I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. I politely asked the staff to heat the fish roti again because my baby was having a fever and couldn’t eat cold food. The staff refused, saying it was already heated, even though the fish roti was clearly cold and not edible. There was no care, no understanding, and no willingness to help. I usually visit Calton once a week and have always received good service at the Negombo outlets, which is why I chose to come here. Unfortunately, this outlet showed extremely poor customer service and a lack of basic empathy toward customers, especially when it involves a child. This kind of attitude seriously damages the brand’s reputation. Management should urgently look into staff behavior and customer handling.
