Food was good as always but that's not really up to the staff as they have to prepare thing very particularly, i am here to solely speak about the customer service i received. as a young woman in my 20's i felt like i was loosing my mind in the way a boomer would, this staff is so consistently rude they do not greet and they hardly speak or make eye contact at all the young lady who started my bowls would not stop rolling her eyes whilst on her phone at the same time as making my bowl i knew it was not personal but the energy of "i do not want to be here" that i received and even heard from the two young men making my bowl almost made me stop in my tracks and just leave i understand this staff is young but the customer service was so seriously distasteful and has been the other few times i have come here since the beginning of 2026, i have decided i just won't go to this location anymore because my goodness it was ridiculous and this most recent time i was embarrassed for the manager that i saw taking her break and witnessing this you could tell she was noticed the poor treatment the customers were receiving she had to yell to them FIVE TIMES to turn around and acknowledge the line that was forming Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a medical episode while visiting this CAVA location, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made sure I was okay, helped me get food and something to drink, and showed genuine care during a scary situation. Their compassion and professionalism meant a lot to me.
