I would like to recognize Tamika (Assistant Manager) for providing truly exceptional customer service and experience. I previously had a bad experience at CAVA one day, but Tamika completely turned that experience around. From the moment she stepped in, she handled the situation with professionalism, compassion, and a genuine desire to help. What stood out most was how quickly and effectively she resolved the issue while making me feel heard, respected, and valued as a customer. Beyond that, Tamika has the most positive and radiating energy. She always has a smile on her face and creates such a welcoming environment that makes customers feel appreciated the moment they walk through the door. Her positive attitude, kindness, and dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience left a lasting impression on me. Employees like Tamika are the reason customers continue to come back— I drive over a hour just to get Cava in Bolingbrook because I know Tamika will provide the best experience.
