Cava can be hit or miss for me, but this visit was a good one. Overall I was really happy with my meal. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh across the board, nothing stale or off. When they get it right, it’s a solid spot, and this time they got it right. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: You can customize your meal to only be vegetarian Dietary restrictions: Nothing outstanding

Very much enjoyed the food. It's typical order at a counter and went well enough. There seemed to be new employees as they were using a card to figure out what to put on the preset item I ordered. No issues, tasted great just a dash slow. Sat outside under umbrellas, couple of dogs alongside owners. Very good experience. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Today, I was planning to order online for pickup from CAVA, but my family decided to dine in instead. We visited the CAVA located at 14337 Newbrook Dr Ste 500, Chantilly, VA 20151. We live in a nearby neighborhood and have ordered from this location many times before for pickup and takeout. Unfortunately, this visit made us feel very disappointed. The staff did not seem kind or welcoming, and the way they spoke to us felt rude. I asked to build my own bowl and requested falafel and vegetables. One staff member told me only one portion was allowed. I mentioned that when we order online, it does not usually show an extra charge for that, but he seemed upset and passed the order to another employee. The lady who continued making the bowl made us feel like we were asking for something for free. When I asked for just a little bit of dressing, she poured it all over the bowl. We came there to spend time as a family, enjoy healthy food, and have a good dining experience. Food should make people feel happy and comfortable, but this experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this, we do not feel like visiting this location again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service and a more respectful experience for customers.
