This was my first time visiting CAVA, and overall I had a good experience. The food was really good, and the prices were very reasonable. I placed an online pickup order, and although it was being prepared when I arrived, there was a mix-up with my order. I requested arugula in my bowl but ended up receiving a kale instead. Aside from that mistake, I enjoyed the food and would definitely visit again. I’ll just make sure to double check my order before leaving next time. Junior absolutely made my experience at CAVA unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine enthusiasm, incredible professionalism, and top-tier customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure every part of my order was perfect. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like Junior are the reason people keep coming back. CAVA hit the jackpot with him—he deserves recognition, a raise, and every bit of praise that comes his way. Righy next to Chipotle and near all of the shops and a park. The best way to describe it for those who have never been, is that it's a Mediterranean Chipotle. You walk up to the counter and build your plate or bowl or order from a pre-built menu. Very easy. They do have a fountain drink option with refills. Nice and bright inside, overlooking the park for the shops. Service was good, inside was clean and food was a nice, healthy option.
