I continue to be impressed with the Cava chain of restaurants. The food is always delicious, fresh, and consistent. And their staff are attentive and kind. I want to give a special shout out to Eli. He was the lovely young gentleman putting people's orders together. As I sat in line I watched him engage with every person. He was so incredibly friendly and had a fantastic attitude. Whoever raised this young man did a great job. Attitude means a lot in life, specially when you are in the service business and customer-facing. Eli, who you are and your attitude make a positive difference in the world. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really enjoy the food here, but the experience can be quite hit or miss depending on how busy they are. When things are running smoothly, it is a fantastic spot for a quick and fresh meal, but I have had times where the service felt a bit disorganized and the ingredients didn't seem as fresh as usual. It is a solid choice when you are craving something healthy, but I usually hope for a better experience than what I sometimes get. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food here is great! It’s always super fresh, and hot. The harissa avacado bowl is my favorite and never ceases to taste great. The staff is friendly and attentive and answer questions well and the restaurant is always clean! Recommend it to anyone for a yummy healthy bite.
