I ordered their "Crunchy Pasta" and what I got was an absolute joke. They literally threw in a few Zinger pieces, called it "crunch," and sent it with almost no sauce. The so-called macaroni pasta was practically invisible. Seriously, is this what you call pasta? The most frustrating part is that my family and I are regular customers. Instead of appreciating loyal customers, they always come up with the same excuses: "Mam, ye cheez aisi hi hoti hai" and "Hum best hain." Being the best doesn't mean serving disappointing food and refusing to accept criticism. Rs. 800 completely wasted. The quantity was poor, the quality was disappointing, and the customer service was even worse. They don't listen, don't care, and act like there's nothing wrong with what they're serving. Definitely not worth the money. Extremely disappointed.
